(中文200-500字,简要介绍本课程的主要内容以及学生通过学习本课程后所能掌握的知识体系、能力素养等) 药理学是研究药物与机体(含病原体)间相互作用及其规律的一门学科,是联系药学和医学、基础医学和临床医学的桥梁学科,是药学教育的重要的专业课程。它的主要任务是研究药物对机体的作用及其机制,即药物效应动力学,以及机体对药物的处置,即药物代谢动力学。药理学实验主要以动物为研究对象,建立与药物主治功效一致的动物模型,采用一定的实验技术,研究药物的作用(包括毒理学作用)及其机制。通过药理学实验课程可以使学生掌握药理学实验的基本方法,掌握动物的选择、模型的制作等研究思路,从而掌握和验证药理学的重要理论和知识。因此药理学实验课是学生了解、掌握和获得药理学基本概念和知识的科学途径,是验证药理学中的重要理论的重要手段,是培养学生形成初步科研思路的重要课程。 |
(英文) Pharmacology is a discipline which discloses the interaction laws between drugs and bodies (including pathogens), a bridge discipline connecting pharmacy with medicine or connecting basic medicine with clinical medicine, an important subject to explore the law of life and an important basic course in pharmaceutical education. The main task of it is to study the effect and mechanisms of drugs on the body, including pharmacodynamics and disposition of the body of drug (drug absorption, distribution, metabolism, excretion, and especially the regulation of drug concentration in blood with time variation), namely pharmacokinetics. It uses knowledge in physiology, biochemistry, microbiology, immunology, pathology and other disciplines to clarify the basic concepts and principles. Practical course of pharmacology is very important for students, because it affords students not only the basic pharmacological theories, but also the chances to learn about some basic methods and skills of pharmacological research. This course includes both experiments carried out on isolated tissues or organs and on animals. The experiments are of great importance for students. |
